Bird's Eye View
Welcome to September!
Here is a macro of a Hyacinth Blue Macaw's penetrating gaze. Right after this she charged at my lens - which proves my theory that birds should not live in cages (nor should I go birding in South America - but that's another story).
Zoey is a beauty queen with the most vibrant blue hue I've ever laid eyes on. The yellow eyeliner is a bit thick, but I think she pulls it off well. Much better than I could anyway.
